If you no-show your appointment, you will be charged the full session fee of $170.
What Are Superbills?
A “superbill” is a detailed invoice outlining the therapy services you received. If you decide you want to pay out of pocket, you have the option of requesting Out of Network reimbursement from your insurance company, here is how it works:
You would pay the full session fee to me upfront at the time of service. I will then provide you with a monthly “superbill” for you to submit to your insurance company to request either a partial or full reimbursement from your insurance company for the cost of your session(s). If this is what you would like to do, please contact your insurance company to clarify your plan’s Out of Network reimbursement rates and procedures. Please keep in mind that requesting Out of Network reimbursement from your insurance does not guarantee your insurance plan covers the service which is why contacting your insurance company to inquire about your Out of Network coverage is important.
